The front desk was rude and not helpful at all. He even canceled my brother booking on 6/30/26. Really bad customer service I don’t recommend it at all.

A few roaches in rooms, the shower was clogged, the ceilings has water damage, ice machine barely works, rooms are clean however the floors stay wet if the shower is too hot free coffee and tea can’t use the microwave before 10am

Stay away from this hotel it so dirty all so in the room I see the little insect cross my eyes I don’t know what is it’s it run so fast i told the staff I’m not stay here again

The hotel was generally clean, yet the bed linens were not replaced between guests. There were obvious signs left by the previous occupant, including strands of hair of various colors.
