We stayed at Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa and had a very good experience overall. Julia at the reception was really nice and helpful. She checked us in for our three rooms and tried her best to give us rooms close to each other, which we really appreciated. The rooms were very good, and all of them had beautiful waterfall views. The only downside was the waiting line at reception. They seemed to have only one or two counters open out of four, possibly because they were training new employees, as we noticed two staff members at each open counter. The valet team was excellent. The guys were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay, especially because of the rooms, the views, and the helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay - with every room having a view of the falls, you can't go wrong. The staff was friendly, but our check-in clerk forgot to give us the ticket to put on our car dash to show we had paid for parking. We had to ask after seeing something in the room about the parking rules. We then had to walk quite a way in the heat to place the ticket on the dash to avoid a tow or other consequence. The hotel has many amenities and is located close to all the things. We would recommend staying here - just ask for your proof of parking!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable, primarily because the window offered a breathtaking, unobstructed, and direct view of the magnificent Niagara Falls—truly the best vantage point in the city!

The room had an excellent view over the falls and overall it was a great experience. We’ll come back.

Great view of the fall

Arrived earlier and the hotel had no power. Returned 4 hours later and only had partial power with lines out the building. I was able to connect Expedia and cancel my stay before reaching the front of the line.

It was a perfect get away. Hotel was clean , staff where amazing, there where only 2 issues AC units don't know if they weren't working properly and elevator you have to wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes until one is avaliable other than that room was clean and the view was amazing.

Hotel had an amazing view of the falls (The best u can get in my opinion). Check in was swift and accomodated an early check as well which was great. However, the water in the washrooms were boiling hot which could not be resolved during the tenure of our stay. This was somewhat disappointing because we couldnt get a comfortable shower after using the hotel pool and with the hot temperatures outside, it was somewhat underwhelming (especially considering the amount we paid to stay here). Additionally, the wall separating our unit from the neighboring unit was very thin. We were woken up couple of times at night to the sound of our neighbors door slamming which almost sounded like our door. Brought these issues to the staff at checkout and the gentleman just passed it off awkwardly. Great stay in all minus these issues for future guests to be aware.

Hotel lost power for over 5 hours. Also there was no water for 4 hours. The staff did not communicate with the guests about the power outage.
