The room was very bare bones. 2 bath towels no face clothes. No coffee pot just instant. Anyone staying there is likely getting a flight the next morning. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice enough and help ful.

How this hotel has received the positive reviews it has is beyond me! There was no Air Conditioning in our room - none! — we were on the 9th floor and Paris was in the midst of a heatwave. A technician supplied us with 2 very small fans that simply blew around hot air. She did her best with what she had but given what we paid for the room, I feel the hotel could do better. The place is in real need of upgrades. Carpets need cleaning and fresh paint would help the cosmetics. I would not stay here again & I don’t recommend this accommodation. Couldn’t leave fast enough. There’s a beautiful hotel just across the courtyard (Radisson) which appears well cared for and its lobby is lovely. Try to book there first! The only positives I could give this place are that most staff are helpful (though some were inexperienced) and its proximity to the shuttle service into CDG which takes just 5 minutes.

Here’s a polished version for a hotel review: This was the best stay ever! The hotel offered excellent value for money, with a great location and wonderful amenities. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The train station, with connections to Paris and the airport terminals, was within easy walking distance, making transportation extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Location: right on the airport transfer train line and RER, very convenient to and from the terminals Staff wise, some were helpful, some were not and some were very rude

Clean and very convenient for an early international flight from Charles de Gaulle aéroport. Breakfast had many options. I had an issue needing help from the staff to mail an important item and they really helped me find postage, gave me an envelope and then mailed it for me since my flight left before I could do that. Life savers!!

Room and bathroom were basic. Towels small and low quality. Staff poorly trained. Wi-fi hard to get connected. Breakfast was very good.

At check-in the staff were excellent, but the restaurant/bar 'manager' had an atrocious-sour demeanor. I don't know his name except he was about mid -twenties, bearded with a silver chaining hanging around his neck. In area outside that can only be described as cramped and minimal, the metal tabletop fell off when I sat down. This so-called 'manager' to me (in broken English) - I think you understand English (it's my native language) and I told you the table was not "normal." Not true. I told he was insulting and that I intended to complain about his bad, disrespectful attitude. He didn't care.

Très basic mais propre. Lit et oreillers confortables. C'était parfait pour une seule nuit avant de reprendre notre vol vers le Canada. Pour nous, de ne pas avoir à se déplacer du centre-ville de Paris vers l'aéroport le matin de notre vol, c'était important, juste une petite marche de 4 minutes vers notre terminal , on a apprécié.

No amenities at all. When I asked the cleaner she said none, 3 star hotel only. Room smells. Only con is the free breakfast and close proximity to the airport.
