Lovely building in quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable. The garden games were fun. Although there isn't a bar, as such, a good selection of drinks are kept in 'Mother Superior's' office and available via calling reception. There is no restaurant on site but there are restaurants nearby. Overall a pleasant stay. 5 stars would be achieved by offering breakfast even a continental type.

toilet and shower were in a different area so you had to leave your room go into the corridor and into a separate room

A beautiful heritage property which has been restored into a boutique hotel. Hats off to the owners who are keeping the old girl as beautiful as can be. Our room was spacious and comfortable with our own ensuite.

This place was an amazing find! The brunette receptionist (sorry, didn’t catch your name!) who checked us in was exceptionally enthusiastic, informative and friendly. Created such a welcoming vibe. The property is amazing! So much history and beauty! Can’t wait to return!

We stayed just one night. The rooms and the whole abbey has a really great atmosphere. Our room was very nice. The bathroom is located in the corridor but was very clean. You can have a possibility to order breakfast package as well. The staff is very friendly too.

What a beautiful property, our room in the East Wing had a wonderful vintage old world touch, warm and inviting. The staff were wonderful.
