La chambre était correcte sans plus. Les portes de douche sont sur le point de tomber, j'ai avisé pour le faire réparer, mais c'est resté pareil. Je devais faire attention pour pas que ça tombe.
Le déjeuner était bon et varié.
Personnel très gentil.

The two good things about this hotel were the location, literally200 feet from Duomo Cathedral and breakfast in mornings.
Property is old and dated, could be cleaner. It’s basic with a comfortable bed. This could have been four stars if staff at reception were a little more welcoming.

Very clean if basic. Handy for the city centre and all its attractions.
Hit and miss whether or not you get a room facing the street or not.
I went with my mother and got separate rooms and she got a room facing out the back that was a glorified broom cupboard and the window faced out onto the air conditioning units.
She complained and got a better room.
Decline Room 15 if offered but other than that, great overall hotel and beautiful breakfast.

Pros:Excellent location, 5 min walk to most attractions. Very clean room and friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast.
Cons:no internet in the room and ac was not working well.

Clean room. It is very basic. No kettle but did have fridge with bottles of water which were very welcome. No iron or ironing board available. Housekeeping each day which is good. The breakfast is very good. Lots of choices. Unfriendly front desk staff.

Spent 2 nights here (1 before a trip to como and 1 after). It’s right next to the cathedral and loads of shops/restaurants/activities, so great for a base, and easy to get to from the airport.
The staff are very helpful. I’m a light sleeper and found the room at the front noisy so requested a room at the back on my 2nd stay, they very kindly obliged.
Single room was small but cosy and has everything you need!
