Good

Very nice front desk staff, walking in with smile and say hello. Breakfast staff are super nice and warm welcome. The location is excellent, close to everything Chicago downtown, walk only 7 minutes to river cruise dock. There are so many restaurants around and relatively it is quiet during night. You can find plenty of parking lot with less expensive price sone even have overnight in and out.

Great services and personal

Location was perfect - Loved the River North neighborhood… would have been nice to have a lobby restaurant, but there were lots within an easy walk.

Comfy bed, nice rooms staff was friendly

The staff were very helpful and breakfast was great the lobby area and the breakfast area was very clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Location is very good.

Great property, in an excellent location. The staff was great, the room was clean and well maintained. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Very clean

Only one suggestion- put a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom- it’s too dark. Everything else is fine.
