No staff, despite booking, paying for 5 rooms, there was only 4 keys available....There is no staff so no one to contact. Rooms are tiny, showers are useless..Worst place I have ever stayed in..Shouldn't even be given 1 star and the audacity to even charge someone to stay is a joke

Pros: Staff was amazing and friendly. Perfect location and within 5 minutes of walking to the main areas. Warm bread at breakfast was delicious! The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel so very convenient in getting to/from the train station. Cons: The Hotel is renovating so the floors are half done including the bathroom floor in my room. When it’s done I can imagine it would be perfectly fine. No air conditioning in the rooms so if it’s going to be warm weather you might get too hot. No toiletries provided.

Breakfast was continental, but adequate. The woman who took care of breakfast was hard working and very helpful. The room was clean, but very small with only a bed and a plastic stool as furniture (plus some wall shelves). The bathroom was fine with plenty of hot water and thick towels. The location was excellent.

Lovely location but not easy to access on arrival. Code we had been given did not work. Breakfast limited but fresh. Good location for restaurants.

This is in a great spot, cafes and restaurants across the road, a perfectly adequate continental breakfast and walkable to everything you’d want to see in Bruge. Top location.

Nice ‘no frills’ hotel in Bruges. Bare bones basic, but perfect for me. Easy walk to Grote Markt and grain grinding windmill. Breakfast was also basic but good. Staff is perfect but will charge you to operate the thermostat. :-D
