Room was clean, they food was only ok…. The hotel is a bit dated

Beautiful views of the nearby town and vineyards! A truly beautiful setting in Burgundy.

Beautiful property, great and friendly service

Very helpful staff and a quiet spa

Excellent staff, truly beautiful restaurant, great food. Don’t forget the iconic location.

We had a nice room with a view of Mersault center village.

The property pictures don’t represent the current more weathered conditions. The room wasn’t as charming as the images. The restaurant was very good but the spa was mediocre at best.

Lovely looking chateaux from the outside- great staff . Nice pool and spa . Unfortunately the inside of the property doesn’t have the character remaining in most of the rooms , and some of the decor is odd and not in keeping with the standard of finish I would expect in such an elegant building . Had a nice stay though , and all the staff were hard working and very attentive

Not a great 4 star hotel pokey room and small not fluffy towels jacuzzi broken and swimming pool cold

Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast buffet, staff very friendly and accommodating
