This place was awesome! Nothing to complain at all.

We had a fabulous stay. The Marriott Residence Inn East was affordable, clean and comfortable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Munich East. It is close to the train station, so there is easy transportation via trams, trains, subway or buses. Even with the sidewalk under construction in the area, we had no problem rolling our suitcases. The breakfast is extensive, fresh, well-maintained with friendly, attentive staff. The options did not change from day to day, but there were enough choices to give variety. The daily honeycomb was an unexpected treat! It was also nice to have 24/7 acre access to filtered water to fill our bottles and unlimited tea, coffee and delicious hot cocoa. We took advantage of the large communal areas in the lobby and ate there after grabbing a pizza at L’angolo Della Pizza just down the block. (Authentic Italian pizza) The rooms are very spacious and include a full kitchen. It was so nice to have a comfortable sitting area to read or wind down in the evening. There is also a small but adequate fitness room that we used multiple times. The staff were wonderful. All spoke multiple languages and were so helpful and kind with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for short or even extended stays.

Très propre, personnel accueillant, bon déjeuner et proche des services de transport (métro/ubahn/sbahn/autobus). Plusieurs bons restaurants proches de l’hôtel.

Easy access from the train station, wonderful breakfast with lots of options. Great late night bar. Easy walking distance to a beer garden! This is certainly a location we will return to.

Excellent hôtel! Belle chambre silencieuse avec mini cuisine complète, café, eau et thés offerts gratuitement en tout temps dans le coin lounge, et déjeuner buffet varié. Près de Ostbahnof, il est facile à partir de là d'aller au centre-ville en U-bahn ou S-bahn ou encore de prendre le train pour aller à Salzburg.

The location of the hotel was wonderful for us. In less than 10 minutes we could walk to the train station and within 20 minutes be in the middle of the city center. The room was quiet. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items to choose from.

Enjoyed our stay. Fantastic breakfast, great complementary tea/coffee/water station, friendly staff, clean, and easy to access transit. Some great playgrounds a 5 min walk away for the kids. Only complaint was our laundry smelled weird after using their machines, but it may have been the cycle we chose as the soap didn’t all rinse out.
