Not a great choice. I thought I was booking a hotel, with a reception/lobby. This was an apartment that a hotel owns. Main complaints: 1) the entrance of the building looks like a drug house, no joke, very creepy and old! 2) The reception is a block away at another location. After I checked in, they gave me the keys and very poor instructions. They need to send someone with you to show you exactly where to enter, and how to find your room and how to open the door. It is not simple or easy to understand. 3) The TV was impossible to understand in how to change a Chanel and use. 4) Location is close to attractions but VERY LOUD with drunk people at night. Hotel should include a loud fan to help diffuse the noise. Please do better, it’s common sense. I travel a lot and have reason to speak up.

Great central location, Room tiny but clean, lights in room did not work (room1.1) had to use light from toilet to function at night.. lovely staff at Hotel Santi. But unable to resolve lighting issue during my stay! (2 nights) Would stay again,maybe with a flash light in my luggage.
