A fantastic central hotel in Krakow, 10-min walk from the train station. The hotel has so much charm being located right next to St Florian's Gate. The room was comfortable (even if a little dated) and the breakfast spread was great. We also took advantage of dining at the hotel restaurant and the food there was very delicious.

Great rooms. Spacious and very comfortable. Staff was excellent and professional. Phillip was especially helpful and went to get lengths to help. Hotel in a very central location for siteseeing.
