Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Très propre et personnel sympathique et aidant. Chambre petite mais très propre. Endroit sécure pour garder les vélos.

After 19:00 no staff. Passcode was provided but no keys came out. No emergency numbers. After talking to some strangers found that he got 2 keys instead of 1 . It turned out next day by reception it is my keys. Why stranger have my keys ?

Excellent place for great price. We arrived after 7 PM and was able to check in in less than five minutes. We went in the room and went back to the check-in desk at 8 PM to ask forWi-Fi password. We found the check in desk was already closed. The room is basic but clean. We were happy for our stay and will try them again next time..

It is a true business hotel, clean, compact and with no frills. The breakfast is generous, ethnic and fresh. The restaurant serves some delectable selections of food and drinks. With no air conditioning, the rooms are hot in summer. Moreover, the windows barely crack open restricting any fresh air flow. It is value for money!

Very good location, but service leaves a lot of room for improvement. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Internet does not work properly. Rooms are not cleaned regularly.

Nice place to stay in Ulm. Walking distance to a big shopping mall & the center. Only negatives were the breakfast (which wasn't great) and getting hurried out of the room before checkout time.
