Very clean hotel with outstanding customer service. Stayed here due to proximity to 731 Music Hall and it was a great experience!

Very big cockroach in the room, no bathtub which was advertised on the room we reserved. There was no food available for those with celiac, and even the food that was edible for celiacs was served on top of bread. The bacon and sausage.

I love the Hotel Icon because it is beautiful. One thing I love is the bathroom with their oversized tubs. When we got to our room, we didn’t have a tub so I called and said we want a room with a tub. After a few minutes the operator told that would be an upgrade of 30.00. We’ve never had to pay that before. Also valet parking is super expensive at $58.00 a night. We will stay there again because it’s a beautiful hotel and convenient to get around. I wish they wouldn’t nickel and dime us to death.

The lighting in the bathroom was too dark. It costs $58 to valet your car overnight.

My wife and I love this hotel! It's so unique and the atmosphere is amazing. It's also perfectly situated smack-dab in the middle of Houston. The breakfast buffet is really good and a great deal for the cost. The wait staff are very helpful as well.

Had a stay booked after midnight. Front desk said they wouldn't accept my reservation. So I paid them directly to stay the night. Was not resolved so I paid for 2 nights to stay just one night at the property. No attempt was made by front desk to assist.
