Property is in a great location. Host was available 24/7 and helped us work thru a few small kinks that had nothing to do with the flat. Best thing was that in the stifling heat of a record breaking heat wave, the a/c made it cool and comfortable. A safe have in the middle of the inferno ! Highly recommend.

Francesca is a great host, the apartment is well-located and beautiful!

Perfect location and very accessible to all the tourist spots

Great location. Across was the David exhibit. It can be noisy at times due to the crowds forming to see the exhibit, but it didn't bother us mostly. Host was responsive. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Perfect location. Huge apartment was ideal for our family.

xcellent stay — perfect location and spotless apartment We truly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Alfani al David. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had a full kitchen that made it easy to cook or have breakfast before heading out. The location could not be better — just a few blocks from the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough to relax at night. Everything we needed was provided, and the host was kind and helpful throughout our stay. We were completely satisfied and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florence!

Wonderful stay! Great location, we would certainly stay again!

Great location and excellent communication. The property is a bit dated, but some areas are upgraded, it is managed well and kept very clean. We had a good experience overall with an added advantage of being in central Florence.

Easy access to a centrally located apartment in Firenze. Clean and wonderfully furnished with stocked kitchen. Large sofabed available. Shower enclosure leaks a bit so beware the floor will get wet.

Excellent experience! Francesca l, the owner of the building, was great! Had a great time staying there!
