Clean hotel with friendly staff. Used them for a few services, such as tour guidance and kitchen work. Great team -- thank you!

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of bags and they assisted me in getting them to the room. The bed was comfortable and the interior of the hotel was nice.

When I arrived, the room was mostly clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was not very helpful when we asked for assistance with parking, and one of the ladies at the front desk seemed irritated whenever we asked questions. There is no proper parking facility available, and even dropping off or picking up luggage was very difficult and inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioning in our room was extremely loud and kept waking me up during the night because of the noise. Overall, the stay was not comfortable, and I expected much better service and convenience.

Hotel too far from Old Town To walk, so needed taxi, no public seating area other than a minimum in lobby, no outside area, very basic bar, not always open. Restaurant food and service was very good

Nice room, bathroom could be more modern. Overall a nice stay however was disappointed there was no acknowledgement of the birthday we were celebrating, especially as I messaged prior to our stay. Good location
