The staff was very polite. The room was clean. I was able to check-in was fast and I was able to check-in early.

The parking u got to pay 40 dollars a day didnt say that when I booked then the hold for 200 dollars then u take 40 a day out of that to park

At booking, it was mentioned breakfast included but I ended up paying for it. Please have that part clarified so people know what to expect. The elevators were busyyyyyyy even if they were 6 of them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the use of the sky bridges that connected the hotels. However our bathroom left a lot to be desired and had no exhaust fan. Also, the hotel had 8 elevators; and all were so slow. We waited on average more than 10 minutes for a lift. Since it took so long the elevator was usually packed to capacity and sometimes we had to wait even longer for the next one.

Amazing staff, great restaurant for dinner and nice continental breakfast! A lot of places near about 15 mins from the hotel.
