Staff was helpful and understanding when we brought to their attention that our room smelt musty and there was a large leak of water from the ceiling, they promptly ensured we received a new room despite being booked full during a very busy summer stampede weekend. Rooms clean, however each bed only came with 2 very flat pillows. Only 1 mirror in each room. Some plug in sockets did not work. Minimal towels and such supplied for each room as well. Overall our stay was comfortable. Close to many restaurants and public transit stations near by!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had my sleep interrupted by the hotel twice. The first night I was awakened sometime before 8 o'clock with a call from the front desk saying that I wasn't supposed to be there until several days later and that they had also charged me for a no-show. (???) What had happened was they had checked me in under someone else's reservation with the same first name, charged me the price for their stay, and then charged me (while I was asleep in the room I had booked) for not showing up. After a litany of exchanges, charges and refunds, I wound up paying for my stay for the correct ammount. What a great way to start your day! The second night there was a gas leak in the building, most of the guests were out in the parking lot because of the strong smell and the firetrucks - it wasn't solved until 3 am. I had to be driving by 8 am the following morning. The night staff had assured me they would leave a note on my file - and of course nothing was done. One week later I received a text saying that I could check into my room by responding to that text - for a reservation that I hadn't made!!! What a mess! I will never stay here again.

When i booked my ticket price was cheap.but when i checked my bank statement its over charged.its not fair as a customer.

They even do not have sanitary napkins if some one need them.

Complimentary breakfast was well presented. Room was clean. A chair was moved I noticed that the baseboard heater electrical wires were exposed. The front desk was notified. They tried to tell me that the heaters panels often get bumped by the housekeeping staff. Had I not noticed this my granddaughter could have invertantly electrocuted herself.
