Staff was very helpful and attentive

Elevator was Out of Service, No Hot Water and Front Desk was not very Helpful

Room carpet is stinky. Need to be washed.

So I’ve been to this property probably about 4 times and this visit was definitely different. Somewhat disappointed but first the complimentary breakfast was not the same. They had waffles, bread, some fruit, cereal and yogurt. Usually that would include freshly cooked eggs and sausage (mind you my stay was for 4 days). I had to go purchase breakfast outside the hotel. I was told to exchange my towels for new towels. The issue with that was she gave us back thin/rough small towels with stains on them including the big towels. The towels originally in the room were perfect, big, plush towels. I told her those were not the same towels we received in the room and she claimed that they ran out of the big towels. If you’re going to trade towels then it should be the same kind of towels. She pretty aggravated me because she didn’t even try to go above and beyond to accommodate something that she should already be aware of. There is mold in the showers and lighting in the room and bathroom was not enough. Other than that the price I paid for should have been maybe $75 or less because it’s like they cut a lot of extra amenities out and did budget cuts. The pool had debris in it so you wouldn’t feel comfortable getting in there. Unfortunately this will be our last time coming here.

Everything was broke at this place. Elevator did not work, washer and dryer were broken and when you talk to the staff they have no answer of try to blow you off worst staff ever

Staff are very nice and provided us excellent customer service! Areas of improvement are checking if all outlets work, and shower curtains need replacement.

Parking was easy , house keeping wants you to bring towels down to get replaces , toilet didn’t work in room for 2 days ,

Parking safe, alot of space

Our room was excellent. Beds comfortable, accessible, a closet, AC was good. Everything was clean, breakfast was very subpar but fine at best. Staff were VERY friendly. For the price, you literally cannot ask for more. Nothing negative to say.
