Hebat Great staff from front desk to housekeeping and everyone else. Very helpful and cheerful and easy to find help when needed. Location is good - very close to Nijo market and easy walking distance to everywhere. Room was very comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the room is the best thing ever.

Hebat Tokyu Stay is a nice property and centrally located. The staff were very nice and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Breakfasts were good and staff there were friendly. We had a late flight and the front desk gladly held our luggage in storage for us. The room could have been bigger, but for Japan, it was quite sufficient. We would stay there again in future.

세탁시설이 방안에 있고,건조코스까지 일체형 이어서 여행 막바지에 매우 편하게 정리하고옴. 럭셔리 컨셉이 목적이 아니라면 편하고 효율적 여행에 최고. 방도 그다지 좁지않음.

Awesome experience and great location. Nice breakfast, particularly the green smoothies. Would have been nice if offers an additional serve with charge as a option.
Nevertheless, the hotel is strongly recommended for all travelers to Sapporo.

The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to Tanukikoji shopping street, Nijo market, subway, Odori Park, etc. Having the washing machine in the room was very helpful. Did not eat any meals there so can’t comment on the food, although it looked good. Would stay there again if back in Sapporo.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. As an added bonus, we had a wonderful view of the Sapporo TV Tower, which was such a pleasant surprise.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
When we arrived, the hotel's parking lot was full, and we weren't sure where to park. Shota (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly) took the time to help us, brought us a map, and patiently explained the nearby parking options. His kindness and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Minori, who was incredibly warm and sweet. We really enjoyed chatting with them and the rest of the staff. They asked about our travels, where we were visiting from, and even shared wonderful recommendations for places to explore in Hokkaido. Those personal conversations made us feel truly welcome. The free beverage was also a nice touch!
We only stayed one night, but we wish we had stayed longer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo. The outstanding hospitality alone makes it a place worth returning to.

Hebat The room was small. It was great having an washing machine/dryer in the room. I did laundry every night. It took 3-4 hours per load. I ended up doing laundry at night, so if you have trouble sleeping with noise, this might not be an option.
We stayed for 4 nights, so our room was not cleaned daily. We did get the garbage and towels changed daily.
