Wonderful people at the desk and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Room was pretty nice. Housekeeping did not replace used bathroom supplies until we asked. I mentioned in passing at the front desk that we were celebrating an anniversary but it was barely acknowledged. Would have thought a hotel of this caliber would have done something. Pretty hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very pretty with a nice breakfast. Very close to the T line and walkable to all major city attractions. Loved the quiet street.

Great Small Luxury Hotel super centric and close to many attractions and transportation options right in the center of the action. Staff always go the extra mile with any request.

Unfortunately, the room we were assigned after asking for a quiet room was directly over the club. Additionally our sink in the bathroom leaked the entire time. our bed was uncomfortable, and the carpets were very dirty. We had hoped this was going to be one of the nicer hotels we stayed at during our journey, but unfortunately, it ended up being one of our least favorite.
