Great experience overall although the restaurant manager(s) were a bit snooty - everyone else was great. Also in the restaurant for morning buffet - staff could focus more on helping the guests dining w needs and replenishing the buffet instead of bussing tables while guests wait to get their attention. Otherwise great views and food.

The location of the hotel in Sablon is excellent for connections with tram and metro stations. It also has a good selection of restaurants in the area. The reception team was always helpful at check in and any queries we had during our stay. The room was excellent, clean of good size and high quality fittings. Breakfast was a buffet and always set us up for the day.

The hotel is on the edge of needing a make over. Clean and well maintained but it has seen better days. Room was a decent size and location met expectations.

Very nice hotel and excellent location. My breakfast was included and satisfied my appetite with lots of selections of both hot and cold breakfast items. I did have an issue with a sewage smell in my room, which they offered to switch my room, but I declined since it was my last night and I just opened my window for sleeping. Hopefully it's fixed for the next visitors. I would stay there again.

Another fantastic stay. Everything was perfect—from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The service is consistently excellent, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended! Mr. Oz from the breakfast area was amazing. Thank you.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. A few minutes walk from the Grande Place but in a lovely suburb with cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was well laid out and very quiet. The staff were extremely helpful. We didn’t have any meals in the restaurant simply because we didn’t want to have a big breakfast but it looked delicious. Just a word of warning if you are getting a taxi to the hotel, make sure you get the right NH Collection hotel. We started heading to the wrong hotel.

The HN Sablon Hotel in Brussels is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The rooms are well worth the money, large, modern, clean, and comfortable...so too the spacious bathroom and shower space. I am recognized as a good client, even after a two year absence. Gratis fruit gummies greet the arriving guest...I alway regret when I must leave...

Gym needs a little revamp, also lobby scent very over powering. Other than that, great hotel, great staff and great location.
