I like having a washing machine and dryer. So convenient to do my laundry, specially when you perspire a lot in a country like Malaysia. For the price charged, it is great value staying here.

Cleanroom

I enjoyed my stay. Very nice and responsive staff.

The hotel appears to have been converted from an apartment building. The biggest plus was the full kitchen in the room, along with a washer and a full-size fridge. Having a couple of plates and cups available was also very helpful. The bed was clean and very comfortable — I love firm mattresses! The room itself was very spacious, with two separate areas inside, although there was no door between them. The location was excellent though — right across from the KL Tower (which we could see directly from our room) and about a 20-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. The bathroom, however, was quite disappointing. The shower door would not close fully, leaving a large gap. The toilet was unusually high, to the point where my feet could not touch the ground, and there was even a hole on the side of the toilet bowl. Overall, every corner of the room seemed to need touch-ups or repairs. Another major issue was the smell in the lobby. It was so unpleasant and strong that I could barely breathe when walking through it, and it honestly made me feel sick every time I passed by. Overall, the stay was decent, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. However, despite the great location and spacious room, I would probably choose another place to stay next time.

The air con is not cold and noisy. The shower head actually broke on the 1st night. The restaurant food is very blend.

My room was upgraded but air conditioner not working well, I only stayed one night at daytime weather 32 Celsius, the washing machine in my room not dry enough after washed and even after 2nd drying cycle, smells awful from lift area walking to the room. Not thinking will book again

The rooms are clean and suitable for family travelling. Not near to train stations though - about 10 min walk

Took a while to process our 4 rooms check in. We’re given queen beds when we specifically requested for 2 single beds for 2 rooms. Otherwise room is very clean and spacious. 10-15 mins walk to MRT/LRT stations.

Very good room, spacious and clean, bonus having a washing machine, unfortunately the fridge was broken and the kettle cord had been burnt and still in the room, which was quite dangerous. Great location, with the KL Tower about a 5 min walk away.
