Lovely little hotel. Clean, efficient and pleasant staff. Breakfast was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Clean room and love the keyless feature. And close to museums and access to trains/tubes and buses. I can recommend to families and friends if staying in London for a short period of time.

Great hotel in a clean nice neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the family room with four beds so nobody had to share. Breakfast was great with a full English or simple Egga on toast if we wanted. The underground was only a block away so it was very easy to get where we wanted to go.

The Regency House Hotel is a small establishment on Gower St. The street itself can get noisy at night. The hotel itself was great. It's conveniently located near Tottenham Court Road with easy access to busses and the underground. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The team that runs the hotel is very hard working and caring. They made sure that our needs were met, and they were invariably friendly and helpful.

No lift so had to carry heavy suitcases to 3rd floor. No Air Conditioning and weather was over 30C during the day. Top floor room was red hot and couldn't cool it down. Very small cramped room. Breakfast food was very good but the breakfast room is small so couldn't accommodate all the guests. Some guest had to sit in the lobby until others finished so they could get a table. Outside deck was under construction so couldn't use that area,

The single rooms are tiny but very clean and I was really comfortable. It was also very quiet, over looking the garden and I could open the window although there is air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked and the ordering process seems to work..you order with a QR code. Someone had a mix up but mine was fine. Charming staff. My only observation was that the toast needed more cooking. The key less code system works well and the hotel is in an extremely convenient location.

We thought the property was very charming, helpful staff and nice breakfast. The garden level basic room was cozy and had everything we needed. Easy access to buses and underground. It was a nice spot for two people for three nights in London.
