Very strick with their check in time . Even if room is available they would let you check in before 3 pm Rooms need little renovation. There was no drinking glass in the room, so hand towels

This was a good clean hotel for the price. Inside of room in particular was modern n clean. The big issue for me was location. It is far from the city where I wanted to be (my mistake). However, if your activities are in the area, then this place is great value

Overall it is ok. Facility is a bit old but still clean. Air con is too noisy hence I had to turn it off. The price is not so worthy.

Extremely dirty and disgusting room. It was infested with ants and I didnt dare to place my items on the tabletop as they were crawling all over. The hand soap container was empty all days during my stay which meant they didnt even bother to refill it. My sheets were unclean and stained with yellow spots. I purposely left a puddle of water one day to check if the toilets were washed. The same puddle of water was still there when i returned in the evening. Good location as it was right next to a mall but avoid Citadine Dpulze at all cost...

Property was ideally situated next to mall. But at 0105 groups of young men were shouting and slamming the doors, this went on until 0230am. After that there was the continued noise of the loud motorcycles racing up and down street.

Blood stains on my bed, and it was damp and cold all night. Need I say more? This is a 2-star hotel at best. Staff were nice though...

Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall.

Room was comfortable and spacious, staff were very nice and great communication, just the bathroom had a few stains so it wasn't spotless but overall great stay.

The beds were clean but the kitchen area was not, towels , cups and mugs were all dirty. Don’t order breakfast, it’s not worth it and it’s impossible to actually get it
