Bagus It was very very cold and the only heating in the whole 2 bedroom unit (approx 25-30m2) was a bathroom style heater on the wall in the lounge/kitchen space, that ran on some sort of timer and was totally insufficient and undersized. i.e. not able to heat a living quarters on a cold Dunedin winter day or night.

Cabin no TV. Might be good for summer but the subfloor doesn’t have insulation in it, if it does it’s very old and to thin. The floor is like ice regardless of the heater being on for hours and hours
