The hotel is cleaned. Services limited, breakfast at next hôtel and very limited. The room are ok, old style , dark, , need to be repaint.

Wanted to hold passports. Small ant problem in bathroom, Paper thin walls, head of bed right beside neighbours bathroom. Looks like it used to be a very nice hotel. Hallway walls and ceilings are full of holes.

The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, and it's located less than 20 minutes' walk from several major Mumbai attractions. In addition the staff were very helpful, arranging for (among other things) us to change to local SIM cards while we were there. Breakfast was fine, though not brilliant, and the price was pretty reasonsble.

The hotel needs a proper cleaning, the bathroom & walls are stained, toilet seat is terrible, no shower door so the entire bathroom gets wet. It is in a good location if they only can clean it, it will be good. & we booked a suite & the reception guy said it there best room … wonder why a normal room would be like

This is a small boutique hotel in south Mumbai; overall, the hotel is old and cries for renovation, with the electricity regularly going out for periods. Nonetheless, the staff was accommodating, polite, and very friendly. Breakfast was hosted at the next-door hotel on a lower floor, with the rooftop bar also located next door. The Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent throughout the hotel even after the router (which was inside our room) was rewired by the handyman. The area is nice, quiet and quite safe, only a short walk to the Gates of India area and the sidewalk markets. Overall good for a few nights for travelers on a budget.

Bagus The staff are very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel is a bit run down. There are newly renovated rooms, but I wasn’t staying in one of those. The water and WiFi went out simultaneously for a good part of the day in my particular room and it took a bit of convincing to change rooms. But they let me do it and I moved to a more comfortable room where everything was working fine. The staff definitely tried to make things work, which I appreciated. The location is excellent.

Hebat I stayed for 2 nights. Staff is good and co operative. Housekeeping and Hygiene is disappointing and Need to be improved a lot. breakfast was served in adjacent hotel, Its terrace is on 9th floor and sea view is very good but breakfast Hygiene is disappointing. There was an Insect in Sambhar but as there were foreign guest i did not reported at that time. so better to take breakfast at nearby cafes, Leopold cafe's Masala Omelette is very good and worth of try.
