All the Graduate hotels have incredible charm and attention to detail. Unless you hate the local universities, it is a great place to stay.

Tough to find parking but overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Knoxville. The bar attached is an amazing place to get a late night snack and drinks and the staff is amazing there. Would definitely stay again!

Zero public parking. You either valet or you pay to park blocks away. Amazing hotel and amenities though

The hotel is a cool concept and really gets into the vibe of Rocky Top. However, for the price per night ($540!) I expected more. The showers were dirty, the window air unit was a total nightmare and whistled ALL NIGHT LONG to the point none of us slept. There was no water for sale at the desk, only coke and beer. The parking is a bit challenging, as you have to drive down an alley to get to the hotel and then do a 20pt turn to get into the check in area. I felt sorry for Valet because they had NO place to put the cars. Overall, it was fine - hence my 3 star rating - but prob won’t stay here again.
