Hebat Hands down best place to stay when in Manila. Easy to communicate with the owner. Unit was clean and well-provided with the things I need for my stay. Prettiest view of the bay. Location is conveniently located near malls, stores, restaurants, etc. Wifi is strong. Smart TV in the living room. Cooking and dining needs provided. Love this place!

Very nice facility! Our room was as clean as it gets, and the bed was soo comfortable If I have to return to Manila, here is where I'll stay.

Hebat The building is about 23 years old but seems well taken care of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be wary about the parking situation, we were not able to park in the building and the first night parked at Robinson’s Mall which was only an 8 minute walk away and the second night parked on the street. Pool was nice and had great views of Manila harbor from both the room and the rooftop pool. Room was plenty big enough for 8 people. Would stay again.

Bagus The aircon is weak the elevator is sometimes not function we are walked in fire exit 18 th fllor until ground floor it is huzzel for us

The apartment is privately owned. Wall paper falling off the walls. Hose for the washing machine on the bathroom floor. WiFi stopped working, inform reception but not for them to fix.

The unit is good but okd and ill maintained. The toilet is not flushing, wallpapers are peeling off and whikst there is washing machine, its not actually working.

A good value for the price, professional staff the area wasn’t any worse than a lot of areas in Manila where you have to deal with crowded uneven dirty sidewalks if you want to walk anywhere

Your experience with the property will depend on which apartment you get. They are all individually owned. I stayed in 3 different ones - one was beautiful and well equipped, one had peeling wallpaper everywhere and no coffee maker. Good location. I will stay there again but I got the contact info for the owner of the well appointed apartment.

The condo was exceptionally spacious and efficient for downtown Manila. All facilities were adequate, and the kitchen was very convenient and well equipped.
