The shuttle bus drivers and the front desk agents during my stay were really helpful. My kudos to them.

Was a good place all around

Very close to CLT. The shuttle was on time. Air conditioner worked very well. Staff are nice and friendly. I would stay there again.

Easy and quick check-in, friendly front desk staff, clean and spacious room, comfy bed, AC worked great, clean bathroom with LED mirror lighting. There’s plenty of parking and it looked like they had an airport shuttle (we didn’t use though). The only thing that was ok was the breakfast. Waffles were the only hot food available, so no eggs or sausage. Also no fruit or yogurt. They also had muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, milk, and juice

My flight was cancelled and I was able to get a room at the hotel. The woman at the desk was professional even with more than 12 people to check in (we all had flights cancelled). Mattress in room was THE most comfortable one I’ve slept on in a hotel.

The facilities were very clean and we were able to get a good nights sleep. Convenient to the CLT airport.

It was decent for a long layover.
