出迎えのいらっしゃいませの無く コロナ禍の対策も徹底の説明も無く 食事も冷めてて！ご飯もおかずが無くなってからご飯如何ですか？ 肉も色が悪いので写真撮りました ホテルの活気もなく 12000円税込 久しぶりに価値のないホテルでした 13年前に一度宿泊した時は素晴らしいホテルだったので残念でした

We had a western style Japanese room on the 6th floor. Huge room with 2 twin beds and 3 futons. Clean and comfortable. Friendly counter and restaurant staff that tried their best to convey subtleties to non-Japanese speaking guests. Good dinner. A different Onsen experience.

We came during the month of October. Nothing to do near hotel. Very much is for tour group to stay over night. But at least we like the inhouse onsen.
