Directly across from the ocean with a decent view

The staff was so sweet and friendly - we arrived at 5 am and they let us check in early and sleep a bit in reception! Thank you!!

Clean and quiet place. Everything is nearby. Excellent service.

I stayed twice at the Palmyrah Residencies. It is wonderfully situated in the centre of Colombo. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the rooms were clean and simple. The rates are excellent, and I'll stay there again.

It is not a hotel. It is a flat in a block rented out by a family living in another flat. No signage outside so very hard to find, you must have the street number. Family running the place kind and helpful.

Helpful and clean , but needs maintenance like most Sri Lankan accommodation . Hard to find but location good . Compared with others in Colombo it is fine

We arrived in the afternooon, we had 10 minuites to look in our bedrooms and the other part of our floor. After that, we went to green cabin for dinner. After that we came back to our floor and went to sleep. It was very good on our first day at Palmyrah Residents. Next day, we found a big cocoroch on the floor. However the staff were very helpful by taking it out bravely.
