Arrive 13:20, can't be checked in until exactly 1400...5 fl NO ROOM AVAILABLE?? Terrible!!
DON'T DISTURB SIGN ON because the door key was inserted, removing the key, sign off!! I DON'T NEED THEM TO CLEAN THE ROOM, BUT SINCE NO SIGN, THEY GO INSIDE.
VERY DIRTY WITH WATER STAINS, TOWELS, MY KITCHEN TOWEL CLEANED THAN THAT.

Hebat I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is helpfull and nice to us. The hotel condition is quite good and everythings seems work well in our room. The breakfast experience also quite good, overall i love my stay. I will repeat again to stay here someday.

Bawah Purata Hotel is strategically located near Pasar Baru however, not many public transportation is available and hard to get by around. However, staff was friendly to get us alternative transport i.e. Grab. Overall, more improvements could be made on the room facilities as well as overall cleanliness.

Hotel conditions is general good , but your hotel.com giving me the wrong information , before i book for this 3 room for 3 night i already call to double confirm is this 1 room with "1 king bed and 2 single bed "as per your description in the room type but unfortunately when i check in the room is ONLY one double bed and there is no extra bed can be added also.

Hebat Hotel staff are nice, hotel room is really clean and toilet is new. I am very happy with my stay. Towel are bit old but overall the value is really worth it! Internet is free but you need to keep logging in once disconnected to WIFI since not all part of the room has signal but it is not an issue since you can buy prepaid sim with good internet speed.
