Our stay at Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof was excellent. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many of Vienna’s main attractions, cafés, and shopping areas. While we found the Superior Room a little compact for our preferences, we upgraded to a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and well worth it. A special thank you to Mr. Lang, who was extremely helpful and professional in arranging the upgrade. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference to our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality items. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on a future visit to Vienna.

Excellent location, bathroom is with good lighting - thats a plus. Friendly reception desk staff.

Wonderful hotel located in a great central location - ideal for tourists who want an easy walk to many of the popular spots in the city. Bar and reception staff were very friendly.

Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place.

We loved our stay. The rooms were great, the bar was fun and the breakfast was loved by our kids!

Amazing location. Very accommodating as we required a cot for our 9 year old. All the staff were excellent and will be back.
