First off I don't like to do review but I sure depend on them for my stays and that's why I have to write one. We had 2 of these plates,forks,knife there was no cutting knife no cutting board we had 1 glass 2 cups. No tea towel,of dish cloth. Are bath towel where ripped. The water smelt, no coffee maker, toaster. We got into our room just after the maid clean it and my feet were black (pictures to come) The light, fridge and bathroom door where filthy. Our bed fell in one one side RM103. At one time this place was I'm sure a cute boutigue hotel but I would never stay there again

This hotel is clean and the staff were amazing! The property is beautiful and it’s in a perfect location with air conditioning. It’s directly on the beach, next to the ferry and 7-11 is across the street. Highly recommended

The staff were superb and very knowledgeable and the hotel is near the beach and next to the ferry which it makes it convenient the room was very very nice the only thing that I wish that they had in the room was bottled water or a big jug of water to fill up my water bottles and the mattress was very very bad and the water was forever to get warm never hot just warm. Other than small things the hotel is well worth it and across the street there is a man who cooks chicken and pork and steak on a charcoal grill right across from 7-Eleven to die for and write any of the ferry there is a small stand and the guy makes the best food .. housekeeping staff really knew how to make the room clean.

Everything ok specially with mister Salvador his very helpful with us and very friendly I really appreciate their support he helped us at the last minute at the morning to buy my tickets for Xcaret park I really grateful with him and really recommend to him to buy tickets for parks 😍The worst was the room cleaning was so awful 😞

Hotel is nice and location very close to Isla Mujeres ferry and some other areas. Maybe it was just me that for the pictures and map I thought it was on the beach or very close to. It is by the ocean but there is no beach, the closest beach it's a bit more than 1 mile walk. We had a good stay anyway and enjoyed the pool, balconies and plenty of outdoor areas. Hotel and rooms can use some upgrades but for the fair price we got I'm happy with our stay.

There is no beach view, but a nice view of the coast and a lighthouse is next door. The hotel is "rustic", which makes it interesting, but old and not that well maintained. We decided to changes hotels half way through and could not get any refund, but left anyway. By the way, no one speaks English.

Great hotel for the price. Aesthetic vibes. Hotel’s restaurant food was so good. Friendly staff.
