Clean nice rooms

One elevator out on busy weekends was not helpful.

Great place to stay, close to the main plaza and shopping mall. Bedroom are spacious and clean. Service is awesome. Love this place!

It is well located to explore the city.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I wasn't able to get an early check-in, but I completely understand that rooms may not be available. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and waited until 2:00 p.m., taking the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the harbor. The only disappointment was the housekeeping service. Although I requested that my room be cleaned (and even went to the front desk to ask in person), when I returned from a party later that day, the bed had not been made. The towels had been replaced, but the room had not been properly serviced. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious and the air conditioning made for a good night’s sleep. I decided to have breakfast at the cafe next door to the hotel. I was also racing a triathlon and the hotel staff were incredibly supportive. The sink trap wasn’t connected which was a bit strange but I just decided to live with the leak. The shower was very good though.

The associate in Check-in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good location and easy to walk to all the main attractions. The hotel has a on-site parking, although the parking space is small but is manageable.

Helpful staff

Friendly staff, comfortable room and good restaurant and bar area for relaxing.

Quick friendly check in, room clean and had nice dinner. No complaints about anything
