The location is why I keep on returning to this hotel... The rooms are clean, although they could use a really good mopping of the floors. This time I stayed in a Queen room this time and it was tiny. But all I need is a bed and shower, so it worked for me. The staff are so friendly and pleasant. The major downfall about this hotel is that it seems only 1 elevator works at a time. So give yourself lots of extra time if you have luggage to go up or down. Otherwise, just take the stairs.

**Terrible hotel experience.** The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location, as it's close to major attractions. There was **no parking**, which wasn't made clear before booking. Expedia advertised a room with a **microwave**, and I paid extra for it, only to be told at check-in that **none of the rooms have microwaves**. The room itself was poorly maintained. The door wouldn't close properly unless I lifted it because of a bad hinge, it was small and poorly lit, and there was an unfinished opening in the wall that had simply been left exposed. Overall, the hotel felt neglected and run-down. The location wasn't enough to make up for the poor maintenance and misleading room description. I honestly can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel this bad—it was probably in France, which is a funny coincidence.

The location is great, close enough to all of the things we wanted to walk or uber to. The beds are comfy and clean. We eeew never able to get our internet to work for streaming, but that’s not a big deal. The shampoo felt like literal water and did not lather in the slightest. When attempting to use the conditioner, I knocked the bottle applicator off the wall and noticed it was actually empty. Since we stayed a total of three nights, I assumed that would at minimum be refilled or fixed, to no avail, the elevators were miserable. We waited some 20 min outside of the fourth floor and kept hearing the elevator sing as pass right by. A maintenance man finally took us to the utility service elevator. Thankyou! Also the ice machine on the 4th floor did not work—again I was there three nights and it remained broken the entire time. They held our luggage which was a really nice perk so we could enjoy the city without lugging our bags

Property is run down and not well maintained. Staff keeps it clean and they are helpful just not maintaining the property

nice place overall Cora's for Breakfast and the best Taco place in Montreal 2 doors down. only gotcha no onsite parking but a lot 100M away. Room AC loud but they all are so expected.

The room swelled very strong of bleach. Someone got stuck in the elevator. The room was noisy with a humming sound. No parking on site, have to walk about a block. Not great at night. Lots of strip clubs around and a “VIP massage” a few feet down. Overall, pretty disappointed.

Bien accueilli. Chambre propre et minimaliste mais ok pour le prix et la localisation. Seul hic plus de cups à café à la machine le lobby était désert au matin à 6h00
