The resort itself is beautiful and the location was perfect. Smack dab in the middle of everything restaurant, attractions, nightlife, and shopping stores. Definitely recommend staying here.

3pm check in didn't happen until after 7pm. Room had a peculiar organic odor... Washing machines take money and then don't work.

The front desk staff is extremely friendly! They were able to accommodate my early morning flight arrival by allowing me to check-in my room early. Considering it was 111 degrees upon my arrival to Palm Springs, I greatly appreciated. In addition, the concierge was help by recommending local restaurants and places for breakfast and brunch within walking distance to the hotel. Lastly, I really like that the hotel in centrally located to the Palm Springs downtown and shopping area. Museums are also a short walking distance away. Without reservation, I would stay at this hotel again.

Super clean, close to all the restaurants and shopping; staff was extremely nice!

Stayed in the off season (July). Cons: They give you a confusing map to find parking and your room. I reserved a patio room, which looked really nice. The room unfortunately had live and dead cockroaches. The air conditioner didn’t start blowing cold till later in the night. The tv was a pain & took forever to turn on and would randomly shut off. The water pressure was minimal. Sink didn’t work and the pipes from it stunk up the room really bad like sewer. Pool has grime build-up all along the inside of the pool that didn’t really make me want to lounge alongside it. No breakfast? The manager offered a late exit for free and refunded the $30 fee- but I don’t think it was entirely worth the money. Pros: Great location. Starbucks in walking distance. Staff was friendly. Pool wasn’t overly crowded. Lobby was pretty. Cute decor. Comfortable bedding/pillows. I got a facial at the spa and that was an incredible experience. Overall, 2/5 for the bugs and smell because it shouldn’t matter that “it’s the desert”. I was bummed that they really didn’t give me any alternatives.

Amazing

I stayed in my wife for one night. We travelled from LA and the hotel was lovely. The reception area was beautiful. The welcome was excellent and the room had queen beds and overlooked the pool. It was very comfortable spacious the AC was excellent as was the pool the hotel doesn’t have a bar, but that was fine. The location is right in the middle of Palm Springs and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk I really enjoyable stay
