Rooms, staff, food was amazing. This is our second time and defiantly coming back.

For the price rooms ( we stayed in 3 different room in different location on the property I would rate a C + not very imaginative at all, basic cheep furniture, small bathrooms. For this I would not stay at this hotel again.

Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Didn't visit the rest of the hotel. Rey friendly and professional staff. My review is only 3 stars because I had only two tea bags for 3 mornings. I couldn’t get a coffee pod into the machine-probably my error. No snacks in the refrigerator. Also, I had a problem with parking. I was told there was no charge to self park my car and then was charged $67 a night. Also, the mandatory $50 a day fee to use hotel pool, gym, etc. is unreasonable for folks who don’t use those areas. This visit was a 70th birthday gift so I could dine with friends a few times in Fashion Island. So although I’m grateful for the experience, I think the hotel is over priced for what one gets.

Beautiful hotel however we weren’t aware the pool and outside bar was going to be closed for an event. That was one of the reasons we booked this specific hotel. We wanted to do dinner as well but it was beyond packed. Overall beautiful hotel.
