Clean room. Not a 4* as people have mentioned but not a 3*. Good quality facilities and space which can be difficult in old properties. Reception staff not the friendliest but get the job done.

Rooms were not great, but ok for one night stay.

First of all, the location was very good and central. It's just a short walk from Gary Baldi Square train station. The stuff was amazing and helpful. I would never hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

This hotel is far from a 4-star hotel rating, except for room pricing. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel. There was no pot to boil water for tea, and the shower gel bottle was empty. My accommodation rating is 2 stars, max. Their primary business is a dorm room for the nearby University. Their service matches the dormitory level. All hotel staff treat every guest as a student with dry smiles and very minimal responses to questions or requests. Some reviews said the hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing, but it depends on what you want to see. I should have researched the hotel more before booking.
