The lighting in the room was bad and there was no place to use a computer even though the room had space for a small desk.

Room was decent, mattress was very comfortable The double bed was two singles joined together which was a bit annoying. The male staff were really friendly. Not a bad stay at all. Very close to lidles and other shops

Staff very friendly and helpful,room cleaned towel changed when requested . Location excellent Lidl opposite hotel ,turn left out of hotel to high street alots of shops underground station and bus station. Made our stay worthwhile .

It's in a nice location. However, there was so much sand on my floor, suggesting it wasn't cleaned before checking in. I complained to the reception on my first day, and nothing was done. It was so frustrating to step on sand in the room. On the second day, I met a cleaner in the hallway, who was helpful and helped me clean the floor. More so, it was so embarrassing when a staff member came directly into the toilet without a knock while I was naked, using the toilet. I think they have a lot of work to do to improve.
