The room is spacious and like a fully-furnished apartment. It has in-unit washer and dryer and full kitchen equipment. They are transitioning from being fully self-serviced to having on-site staff. The front desk staff is available for most but not all the time, so it may be a little inconvenient if you are looking for a traditional hotel experience. It is right by the state capitol and easy to get to other places. The walk to the major downtown attractions is roughly 10-15 minutes and manageable. The parking is on-site and gated, although extra parking charge will be applied. Overall, it meets my needs, and the price is nicer compared to other similar hotels in Nashville.

Nice big room, clean. Dishwasher started leaking while we were there and they immediately offered us a room change which was nice (we didn't take it as we were only there one more day though) 10 minute walk to broadway. Quiet and safe area. Friendly check in agent.

Had a fantastic stay! Our room was upgraded to an absolutely beautiful apartment style 2 bedroom and it was very nicely furnished. Bed and bath were clean which is huge for me so overall it was great! Would stay again and recommend to others. Also a nice walk to downtown, not too close but not too far.

Absolutely terrible, after taking my money confirming our reservation they cancelled after we arrived , leaving us without accommodation. They took no responsibility for thier actions. Shameful

This was a very unique property. We didn’t know the was the former location of the Federal Reserve. The money wall and vault doors through the building were very cool. Nice place, clean and conveniently located.
