This hotel was very nice in the middle of just about everything lovely restaurants The pool was very small and the charging you $30 a day to valet park your car even if you didn't want to is the only reason why I will never return

This is more of an apartment style accommodation. I love this place for the laundry service, the kitchen and the spacious room. The bathroomand room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It is also 5 mins from Bayside market and about 15 mins to south beach.

Room was very spacious especially for having two young children with us. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Port of Miami. The continental breakfast was outstanding as well

Great,short walk to restaurants

2 main reasons I selected this property: 1. “Complimentary” shuttle to the cruise port, 2. Free hot breakfast for my family. Neither happened. Upon checking in, we were told that the shuttle was $15 per person. So, not complimentary. And would’ve been double what our Uber fee was. Breakfast is served until 9:30am. At 9:00 we went to the breakfast area and it was a disaster…spoon handles in the eggs and other hot items, doors left open to the 1 or 2 pastry items that remained with flies all around, no waffle batter remaining (much had been wasted on the countertop), sticky floors from spills, no yogurt or fruit left. Had to ask for clean bowls to eat cereal. Had to ask for juice and milk as all were empty. Trash cans were overflowing. Another unique aspect about the property: There is no ground level/lobby entrance. The main entrance is the parking garage…very unwelcoming, no clear signage, and leaves you unsure of your whereabouts. Beware of being charged a fee for valet parking, even if you do not park a vehicle, but your Uber driver drops you off at the only entrance-the parking garage. Room was clean. Tub and sink had drainage issues, so stood in water for each of us to shower.

Me gusto mucho la habitacion q nos toco, El hotel muy limpia, valet parking muy convenience, y a 10 minutos caminando llegas al metro mover. Nos gusto y volveriamos nuevamente

Good size room, helpful staff and standard American Breakfast. Good hotel for a stopover before a cruise.
