Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it! 10/10!

The reception workers are extremely helpful and kind- offering lots of suggestions and tips. The hotel is spread out with some small apartments with kitchenettes and washing machines (very helpful!) Great location in the city- easy to walk to lots of areas.

Pilar at the front desk was kind, helpful and thoughtful. She made great recommendations for dinner. Archeological park was amazing; excellent walking tour of Ortigia. Wish we had stayed more than two days.

Check in process was super easy. We got there early and were able to leave our bags prior to being able to get into our rooms so we didn’t have to carry them around the city. The property was beautiful. I would recommend staying here!

Our studio was larger and more inviting than I expected. Staff were very friendly and informative. Our friends stayed in different rooms and enjoyed their space as well.

We had a wonderful time! Our room was very clean and it was nice to be able to leave our luggage so we could venture out in town. Staff was very friendly ☺️
