Excellent location. Kevin the owner is super nice. Pictures of property look a little nicer than actual property.

Property was easy to get to. Rooms are a bit dated but adds to the fun of the adventure. Kevin was a gem and super kind, fed us breakfast every morning and ensured we had a coffee or two before we took our next coffee on the go!

LOVELY CLEAN WELL PRESENTED , HOST IS A LOVELY FELLA,GRAET COOFFEE AND CONVERSATION OVER A LOVELY COOKED BREAKFAST ....... CLOSE TO CITY ATTRACTIONS..

The breakfast was excellent and the owner very flexible willing to provide it early. The facilities are well kept except missing some details like towel racks in the shared bathroom. The towels themselves need to be upgraded. Overall It’s still good value for the money.

Full breakfast included was a bonus. Kevin is a friendly and helpful host. My room was at the front of the property so traffic noise was an issue for me. Very comfortable bed and crisp linens. Easy walk into town from this quirky and historic accommodation

I stayed in the self contained cottage. Lowena was in walking distance of every where I needed to go (Salamanca to South Hobart). Kevin is a welcoming host. The accommodation came with breakfast, shared at a big table with other guests. Great value.
