The hotel is in a prime location, big plus. Going during the Fifa World Cup was probably destined to be loud. Also, nobody could have predicted the heat wave and of course no air conditioning. The old-fashioned key was cumbersome, but it looked like they are in the process of upgrading to key pads or cards. All in all I was satisfied with our stay.

Very close to the river and to many shops. Not too far from the Cathedral and main train station. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

Very nice and friendly

Exceptionally clean room with a comfortable bed 🛏️. Great location for getting around. Little bit of noise from the café on the corner but nothing to bother me. Spotless bathroom and great shower. Perfect for solo travel as we generally put up with a lot of inconvenience for not travelling with someone. I would do recommend this lovely place!

Very good location and very safe area. Comfortable rooms

This is not a hotel at all. No lift, no gym, no staff, no laundry, no nothing. Terrible pillows. Under the bed, a thick pile of dirt. During our stay (yes, we stayed, because we payed in advance and had no money to go other place) nobody cleaned the room or the bathroom, or made the bed, or changed the towels. I was robbed. And I think Expedia should delete this "hotel" from their list.
