Breakfast & Dinner were really good; the staff were amazing and very helpful

Superb presentation and great staff. Only issue was only 1 person on desk at checkout time on Sunday- queue was 5 deep.

I had no issue with the property as we didn't stay there. We tried to book the property via the Hotel website for a date in June but there was no availability. However, the web site said that rooms were available via Expedia. I clicked on the link assuming that the dates we had already selected would carry accross. We booked a room in the Hotel through Expedia. We received a confirmation email and noted that the date booked was that day not the June date. We tried to call the number shown on the Expedia email and the recording said that the number didn't exist. We then called the Hotel and cancelled the booking for that night and they said they would contact Expedia. We received an email advising that the reservation falls within the cancellation penalty window. We were assured that our concern had been forwarded, and they would assist us in ensuring the cancellation is processed that same day. We have not heard anything since and despite cancelling immediately we paid the full fare for the room.

It’s beautiful resort with great location and views The rooms had a lot of dust ,the bathroom hand basin poor draining very slow can’t wash very annoying , after back from town saw a cockroach on our fridge area, Swimming pool is not heated my boys were cold as reading on google it says heated pools which is not true.

The Sheraton was wonderful, I loved the layout, walking over water to get to various places, such as pool, beach or dinning. The gym for me was amazing, equipment modern and looked brand new. We had a small issue with our shower pressure 3 days in, this was attended to very promptly and we were given cards to another room in case we wanted to shower. The food was impressive, we shared a seafood tower. My husband says the best seafood tower he has eaten. We will be back next year.

The staff were super helpful.

This place is so dated. Only the staffs are still 5 stars, however not including the cleaning crew.

We had a great stay the staff that served us at buffer dinner was very good. He looked after us very well. Service was highly recommended. Great job . Was there for a wedding for our niece really enjoyed our stay function was also held at Sheraton

Fantastic stay, breakfast is really good , room was ground floor and garden view- it was always clean and comfortable. Staff are great and hotel drinks reasonably priced. Hotel is older, but comfort and overall experience is fantastic
