Very smooth check-in, staff very helpful. Room fantastic, massive and very comfortable bed and pillows, tea & coffee making facilities, loads of storage. Good choice at breakfast, especially fresh fruit in abundance, along with great range of pastries. Overall, superb value for money and in superb location, highly recommend.

It was very good value. Decent standard in a very central location. Staff super helpful and modern and clean. Breakfast was fantastic value. Would recommend staying here

Not very good internet. Bidet sprayed all over floor. Room was small. So small it was hard to open my suitcase. When we called staff about the internet they said they would come right up but it took another phone call to get someone up. They were very helpful but then would get kicked off internet again and had to try to reconnect.

A very cute hotel in a central location, with pleasant and welcoming staff. The entrance and lobby (=bar) give the feeling of a 3* hotel, but the room itself is spacious and cozy and the beds are very comfortable.

The breakfast was well organized and laid out. We also thought that the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We just had minor problem with one of the staff members. We needed to change our transfer with the transfer company. He said he would take care of it, but he never called us with the new time like he said he would. Besides that, all the staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Pro: The breakfast buffet (which you pay extra for) was excellent! Major Con: we had no wifi in our room (we were upper floor, away from front desk). When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they just shrugged and said they don’t know why we can’t get it. We are not the only ones - when we checked in, I heard another guest complain about it, but we weren’t in our room yet so I couldn’t test it. This caused me to use a lot of data that I wasn’t planning on.
