The overall hotel was great but because I had multiple issues and can’t give it a 5 star
Let’s start with the good thinks
Well located
Supermarket at the lower lever of that facility with also multiple coffee shops and restaurants
Pool on the roof was amazing with a bar are small resto
The hotel was clean and the staff was also great
the bad
First room the ac unit was making noice and the shower didn’t drain properly that all the water was coming back into the bathroom floor, that caused a mess, I really hope they fix that.
Cause of these issues they changed our room but that cause another issue now the AC was barely cooling off the room comparison to the first room we mentioned that situation but we were told that it was fine, not to us , was really hard sleeping in the heat
Beside that a great spoke but the rooms start showing their age of usages.
