This is a full service SPA hotel. We did not have time to utilize all that it offered. The location was great, staff were helpful, the place was clean, and a good breakfast.

Amazing property. Best complementary breakfast I've ever had. Views from the rooftop pool area were spectacular. The restaurant ad the best food we ate in Montecatini Terme or Alto. The filet was the best I've ever had.

The city is simple and the thermal spa was wonderful, we had fun on the funicular. I booked 2 rooms by mistake and they fixed my problem. Marianne was very helpful
