The staff at the hotel are wonderful and responsive to requests for things like irons (when all your linen clothes are wrinkled from travel). There is a good selection for breakfast. The rooms are fine, but could really use a refresh, particularly the bathrooms. The hotel is a little out of the way, but close to IULM where I was attending a conference. It's about a 15 minute walk to the M2 subway line, which gets you wherever you need to go, and there is a LIDL a block away.

I have stayed in multiple 4-star hotels in Italy, and this hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star property.
The photos on the website appear to be outdated, as the hotel did not look as shown in the pictures.
Location is also not among the best. In most cases you have use two lines, short trips though.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good as well.

Bagus This property used to be a cool option and I went there multiple times in the past. It’s getting a bit older and memories are no longer up to par.

Truly wonderful stay beautiful area very easy to get to metro from and lovely breakfast too. Rooms were really nice and bed was very big and comfortable a very very nice stay for our 4 nights and we will for sure be back again
